This is a replacement cone washer used when attaching a compression-fitting style water connection to a faucet.
We offer these in three sizes to fit your standard shower part connection sizes. (Choose your option below)
Our
Large size (7/8" Outside Diameter, 9/16" Inside Diameter) is meant to connect your 5/8" OD (outside diameter) shower riser tube to your faucet diverter connection. If your shower riser attaches to your faucet diverter connection using a 3/4" IPS compression nut, this would be the washer you need.
Our
Medium size (7/8" Outside Diameter, and 1/2" Inside Diameter) is meant for a 3/4" IPS threaded connection to your Hot and Cold supply lines at the faucet. These are typically for a "
tub wall mount" faucet that attaches to the interior vertical tub wall. If you have 3/4" IPS compression nuts connecting your supply lines to your faucet inlets or shutoff valves, these are the ones you want.
Our
Small size (23/32" Outside Diameter, and 1/2" Inside Diameter) is for use with a 1/2" IPS threaded nut for connecting your 1/4" O.D. Hot & Cold water supply lines to your faucet inlets, or shutoff valves. Typically, this size would be used to connect your water supply lines to a bathtub rim mount faucet (a.k.a. "
deck mount" faucet), or to a set of water supply shutoff valves that use 1/2" IPS nuts. If you have 1/2" IPS compression nuts connecting your supply lines or shutoff valves, these are the ones you want.
Our
Small-ALT size (3/4" Outside Diameter, and 7/16" Inside Diameter) are a less commonly used size, but sometimes perfect for what's needed. Typically meant for a 1/2" threaded nut connection between your faucet inlets, and your 1/4" O.D. Hot and Cold supply lines. If you have a 1/2" IPS compression nut connecting your supply lines to your faucet inlets, these may be the ones you want. These are similar to our standard "small size", but just a tiny bit larger in outside diameter, and a little bit smaller inside diameter, so they will fit a bit tighter.
All of these cone washers list above are used with special connection nuts in a compression fitting connection. (Called either a "Riser Nut", "Compression Nut", or a "Supply Line Nut")
